I have known Peter https://loosecannon.substack.com/about for many years, and we worked together at Active Interest Media’s Marine Group (Now part of Firecrown) He filled a number of editorial roles there including Editor of Passagemaker Magazine. Peter has also been a newspaper editor, captain of excursion catamarans in the Dominican Republic, delivery skipper, and holds a U.S. Coast Guard master’s license. He has cruised extensively from Nova Scotia to the Caribbean and currently lives aboard his boat somewhere in Margaritaville. Peter is a talented writer, a knowledgeable boater and sailor, and can be a very opinionated guy. I think this is what makes Loose Cannon so interesting.
